The Venezuelan Cycling Federation and the Olympic Commiteé has made a deal with the Team. The Conctract includes that Gianni Savio will also be the Venezuelan National teams trainer. This also means that the Team changes the name to Team Androni Giocattoli- Venezuela

VENEZUELA WITH ANDRONI GIOCATTOLI

During the press conference held at the seat of the Venezuelan Olympic Committee in Caracas, Artemio Leonett – President of the CyclingFederation – and Eduardo Alvarez – President of the OlympicCommittee – have announced the agreement with Team Manager Gianni Saviofor the creation of the Professional Team Androni Giocattoli – Venezuela.In the team, ...besides Josè Rujano, Carlos Ochoa, Yonnatta Monsalve and JacksonRodriguez, there will be two more Venezuelan riders: Miguel Ubeto - NationalChampion and winner of 2011 UCI America Tour - and Tomas Gil – winner of2010 Vuelta Venezuela. In the occasion the charge of Technical Commissioner ofthe National Venezuelan has been conferred to Gianni Savio to the Olympic Gamesin London andthe World Championships of Valkenburg.
