Has José Rujano allready won the TdL?

Team presentation Tour de Langkawi

According to Cycling News do they believe that José Rujano allready have won the Tour de Langkawi, even if it still (3rd stage is on just now) is 7 stages to go. They believe that José:s strong performance during the first stage (ITT) was a sign of what to become.
Team manager Gianni Savio says that the race is still open, and that no one can take out a victory until the race is over, not exactlu those words but that what he meant!

But we fans hopes that Cycling News is right, I would be very happy to see that José or another member of the team would once again win the Tour de Langkawi. Am I not right ?

The captain of the race is José, but also the other members has an opportunity to go away in a break and win if they has the possibility, the only one who has a strict order is Alessandro de Marchi which is orderred to stay close to José Rujano and protect him in the peleton, and try to make the stages as safe and good as possibly. Usally Alessandro oftengoes away in a break away from the peleton and try to make a good stage for him self, but not this time. I think it will be a new experience for him.
